Samantha comes to IPT from California where she graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in Exercise Science, and received her Masters in Occupational Therapy & Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She is certified in Sensory Integration & Praxis testing (SIPT), certified in Interactive Metronome, and was the Vice President of the Student Occupational Therapy Association at St. Augustine. In addition to working in the field of Pediatrics for the past two years, she graduated with Honors in all three of her degree programs. “Sam” enjoys spending time with her family & friends as well as with her two Golden Retrievers, “Fred” & “George”.

Suzanne received a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women's University in 1992, and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the University of South Florida in 1982. She is Technique and Diplomat Certified in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, and the Team Leader for IPT's CranioSacral Therapy program. Suzanne has published many articles and case studies regarding using CST for treatment in a medical setting. In May, 2015 she presented at the Beyond the Dura CST Conference and has been a teaching assistant in many CST courses through the Upledger Institute over the years. In addition to CST, Suzanne is also trained in Visceral Manipulation and in Lymphatic Drainage and often integrates these techniques during CST treatments. She is also the recipient of the World CranioFacial Foundation's 2003 SMILE award, for her work with conjoined Egyptian twins Ahmed & Mohammed Ibrahim. Before entering pediatrics, Suzanne worked with patients in acute care and rehabilitation centers. Suzanne loves spending time with her family and in her spare time, puttering around in her flower garden.

Dannielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from TWU. She brings to IPT wonderful experience of having worked with children of all ages with various orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. In addition to her experience with sensory-motor treatment, she has advanced training in scoliosis and is certified in the Schroth Method for children and adults. In addition she is certified in the Interactive Metronome. Dannielle was drawn to pediatrics from an early age and took every opportunity to volunteer and/or work with kids. After watching her little brother go through physical therapy, Dannielle knew that she wanted to help kids reach their full potential with this great profession. When Dannielle is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and family. She also loves spending time outdoors, camping, exercising, playing games, crocheting and cooking. Dannielle is so excited to be part of the IPT team!

Melanie received her Master’s and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2010, and a Bachelor’s of Science and Applied Exercise Physiology Degree from Texas A&M University in 2005. Melanie has had the joy of working exclusively in pediatrics in a variety of settings including; home health, hospital inpatient/outpatient, and private practice where she has treated a wide variety of patients. She brings her experience in sports medicine, sensory integration and orthopedics to our rapidly expanding concussion rehab and lifespan program and is currently pursuing certifications in Interactive Metronome (IM) and V2FIT concussion rehabilitation. Outside of work she stays busy with her husband and three sons, enjoying the outdoors, frequenting museums and spending time with extended family.

Barbara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1989. She is certified in Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing (SIPT), Interactive Metronome (IM), Handwriting Without Tears, and multiple therapeutic listening programs. Barbara is a gifted therapist with over 20 years experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. Since 1995 she has worked exclusively in pediatrics, combining sensory integration and neurological approaches in IPT’s clinics and private school settings. Besides working six days a week, she stays extremely busy as mom to three teenagers. Barbara is known for her incredible creativity and the ability to motivate her patients to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Jeanne received her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1989. She is a certified Interactive Metronome (IM) provider, and has over 20 years of clinical experience. While working in a rehabilitation clinic, Jeanne discovered her passion for pediatrics. She is known for her festive spirit and always brings fun and laughter into her therapy sessions. Jeanne is married to a physical therapist and they like to spend their free time attending athletic events and dance performances, to cheer on their son and daughter. Jeanne is always looking for, and finding, new ways to challenge and motivate her patients.

Meghan received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2012. She is certified in Interactive Metronome and Integrated Listening Systems. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time relaxing outside. She knew she was destined to work with children since she was 16 due to working as a personal care assistant with a little girl with special needs and job shadowing her aunt who was an occupational therapist. She brings an imaginative approach to therapy sessions each day to fully motivate her kids. She has a passion for working with children and wants them to experience success.

Logan is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who received her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2016, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2019. She is certified in Integrative Listening System, Interactive Metronome, and pending certification in V2FIT (vestibular and vision certification). Logan brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm with her passion for pediatrics and concussion rehab, in addition to her advanced studies in functional vision training and sensory integration.

Anna received a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2018, and her Bachelor's in Child Development from the University of Arkansas in 2014. She was the recipient of the 2017 Willard and Spackman AOTF National Scholarship and also served as the president of the UT El Paso Chapter of Pi Theta Epsilon. She is certified in Interactive Metronome, and she has completed additional training in behavioral strategies related to sensory processing. She is interested in the neurology behind sensory processing challenges and how each individual child experiences their sensory environment. Anna spent time in Romania in the summer of 2012 & 2013 working with orphan children who had severe developmental delays along with limited access to therapy services. That experience changed her life and launched her into occupational therapy, fueling her passion for helping young children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time cooking and exploring the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.

Mary brings fun and experience to IPT's communication and feeding program. She received her bachelors at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2016 with a double major in Speech-Language Pathology and Child Development and her Master's in Communication Disorders at The University of Texas at Dallas – Callier Center in 2017. She is an experienced feeding therapist with certifications in both the SOS approach to feeding and Vital Stim. Mary's experience spans from pediatric clinic to the home where she has worked with children from birth to 21 with a variety of speech and feeding delays. She has been involved in the creation and implementation of running social skills group programs as well as specializing in non-verbal birth-3 year olds as well as oral motor feeding delays. Mary is passionate about pediatric speech therapy and is known for the energy and positivity she brings to the children and families she works with. Her focus is to enhance the life of the child to reach his/her full potential and be the best version of him or herself. Mary enjoys staying active and spending most of her time outdoors playing beach volleyball, tennis, swimming, and traveling the world.

Kate graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2002 with a masters of science in Physical Therapy. She also has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Texas A&M where she participated in the Corp of Cadets and the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Kate has provided physical therapy to patients in a hospital setting since 2002 treating everything from orthopedics and Trauma to neurological and cardiac intensive care. She brings her passion and skill in working with neurological patients to IPT & ICT, and is on the certification track for CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She is a skilled visceral manipulation therapist and is a frequent teaching assistant for the Barral Institute. Kate enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her husband and four kids.

Harpreet obtained her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and did her undergraduate studies in Microbiology at Texas A & M University. For over 16 years, Harpreet has been passionate for working with children, in home, school, and clinic environments. Her previous experience included program director for an early intervention group program, providing supervision and mentorship to new therapists, and sharing knowledge with parents/educators through presentations. She enjoys working with children, their families, and educators to build more meaningful life skills. Harpreet enjoys dance, hiking, spending time with her husband and two young daughters, and exploring holistic health practices.

Deanna knew she wanted to specialize in pediatric physical therapy after volunteering at Shriner’s Hospital for Children while in college. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Deanna has a passion for working with children and comes to IPT with experience in Autism, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the treatment of neurologic challenges. She believes that every child is special and can be successful if provided with the right tools and support system. She enjoys spending time with her family, lounging on the beach, cheering on her football team, volunteering at a local animal shelter, and loving on her own two pups!
